How to keep calm during the holidays - week 4

Welcome to week 4!

This week I wanted to share with you something that helped me when I was going through a rough time. I was in the middle of a divorce and I was incredibly stressed. Nothing that usually relaxes me seemed to calm me down. And then I stumbled across Tapping (also known as EFT). Per the Tapping Solution's website "Tapping, also known as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), is a powerful stress relief technique. Tapping is based on the combined principles of ancient Chinese acupressure and modern psychology." In a nutshell, you are tapping different parts of your face, hand and chest in a specific order while repeating phrases. That might sound overwhelming but what I love is that there are YouTube videos of how to do it and what to say so it's not on you to know what to do you just follow what they say. I also love that they show Tapping options for different issues (not being able to sleep, general anxiety etc) on their Instagram account.
