Dear Loves, Just Breathe is about a journey to help you get to a life with less anxiety and stress. Yes, it's about decluttering but that is only one piece of the puzzle. And since I'm not an expert at all the things (who is?), I've brought a few people onto the podcast who are experts at what they do. I've chosen them very specifically for how they could potentially help you or someone you know. While you are on this journey, I want you to have all the tools you need at your disposal.
